STEP 1/14
Put tea bags in 7T of hot water and wait
STEP 2/14
Prepare 2/3 cups of flour equivalent to 90g
*Use soft flour and it doesn't matter with regular flour. It's a healthy whole wheat flour is good for health
STEP 3/14
Place butter slices on sides of inner bottom of rice cooker to allow cake to fall off easily
STEP 4/14
In a separate bowl, combine 3T of butter, 1 egg and 6T of sugar to dissolve 60g
You can melt the butter or it melts when you mix it at room temperature :)
*When I mixed it all in the rice cooker before, the coating was scratched by sugar grains. So it's good to mix it separately in a bowl
STEP 5/14
Until now, please pour in the black tea weirin water
STEP 6/14
Sift 2/3 cups of flour and 0.5T of baking powder for 90g and add together
*I'm in a hurry, so I don't want to sift it. It was delicious though
STEP 7/14
Since there's no milk in it, add 3T of Prim instead
*If you don't have a cream, you can use black tea with 8T of hot milk (Microwave 1 minute)
STEP 8/14
Grind a handful of nuts or cut them with scissors
It's a small amount, so if you don't use a mixer, you can cut it into pieces with scissors
*Be careful with your hands
STEP 9/14
Mix them all thoroughly
STEP 10/14
Place in a buttered rice cooker
STEP 11/14
If you do the baking function for 40 minutes, it's done!
STEP 12/14
Prepare two big plates
First, I'll turn the cake over on a plate
STEP 13/14
If you put other plates on top and turn them around, you can put them on a plate
STEP 14/14
Enjoy it with tea or coffee
If you want a darker black tea flavor, you can use two tea bags
If you want a thicker cake, double the amount and bake it in a rice cooker. Turn it over and bake again
