Nutrition side dishes that are made super simple with microwave! Fantastic nutritional collaboration of complete food eggs, high-protein tofu, and lactobacillus-filled yogurt! It's softer with yogurt and melts in your mouth. I strongly recommend it as a side dish for breakfast!

  • Yogurt
    45g
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • soft tofu
    1/2piece
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Combine 1 egg and 45g yogurt in a bowl.
STEP 2/7
Add 1/2 head of soft tofu to yogurt egg mixture and mix well.
STEP 3/7
Place chopped carrots and onions in microwave bowl.
STEP 4/7
Pour the tofu yogurt egg mixture over it.
STEP 5/7
Season with salt and mix evenly.
STEP 6/7
Cover with plastic wrap and drill 4 holes, microwave for 7 minutes.
STEP 7/7
The combination of protein-rich tofu and eggs, tofu yogurt and steamed eggs are complete!
