Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare 3 cabbage slices and 1/2 onion slices
STEP 2/8
For pork belly, season it with 0.3 salt of herb-flavored salt.
STEP 3/8
Use an air fryer or a heated pan for seasoned pork belly
Bake it until it's golden brown in front and back.
STEP 4/8
Cut grilled pork belly into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/8
Put butter 1 in a pan
stir-fry onions and cabbages
1/3 cup of refined rice wine, 1/3 cup of cooking wine, 3 soy sauce, 1 minced garlic, 0.3 ginger powder,
Add a little bit of coffee powder and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/8
Add all the cut pork belly and stir-fry them evenly.
STEP 7/8
Add 1 oligosaccharide, 0.5 sesame seeds, and a little pepper
Mix evenly and stir-fry pork belly to make it moist.

Put rice in a bowl
