My family has known oats for years
I always put it in
Before I knew oats, I used to mix brown rice

Of course, I've mixed sticky rice and black rice
But it's still good for the body, so feisty
I endured the texture and ate itlol
But as the years go by, the feistiness
I don't like it and I can't digest well
