How to make fried lotus roots. Crispy and sweet!
I saw fried lotus roots last time and I wanted to eat it so I decided to make it this time I was curious what it would taste like. I only made lotus root and ate it, but I thought it would taste different if it was fried.. Hah! Slice it thinly, fry it, and sprinkle sugar on it to make it look like a lotus root! It's really simple to make^^ At first, I thought it wouldn't taste good because it was lotus root, It was more delicious than I thought, so I kept eating it :) It's a good snack for beer, and it's perfect for kids' snacks!   • lotus root
  • Sugar
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Peel the lotus root and wash it clean.
STEP 2/6
Slice lotus root thinly.
The thinner it is, the more crisp it is! It'll be easier if you chop it with a knife
STEP 3/6
Soak lotus root in salt water for about 20 minutes to remove the arin taste.
You can use vinegar water

Drain with kitchen towel before frying.
If there is any water left, it can be dangerous because oil can splash when frying, so please remove it.
