* You can add sugar to your liking.
* If you stir-fry a lot of black soybean paste, it becomes hard. Don't use hardened black bean paste.
* Stir-fry the chunjang slowly over low heat.
* If you add water and starch, it becomes regular jajangmyeon.
* In the case of woks or high-fired gas stoves, please make it taste like fire.
* You can use a torch to make it taste like fire.
