I cook pork front leg meat with an air fryer
I bought it and went to my parents' house, and the pork front leg meat has been left unattended in the refrigerator for three days, so I don't think I should leave it anymore, so I baked it in an air fryer a while ago. The air fryer has a large capacity these days, so I'm thinking about whether to change it to a big one. I don't want to change it because it's big, but the timer doesn't work, and the product I'm using right now came out in a super long period, so I used it for quite a long time. Heat wire is difficult to clean, so it's messy... As the sun changes, I want to bring in kitchenware... I should use it until it doesn't work, right? ^^;; Today's dish is grilled pork front legs with air fryer

Ingredients
  • the front legs of pork
  • olive oil
  • Oyster sauce
  • crushed garlic
  • basil
  • peperoncino
  • Soju
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
2T oyster sauce, 0.5T minced garlic, and basil
STEP 2/10
I just added 3 peperocino and 3T soju as I felt. I remember that the front leg I bought was less than 600g. Mash the peperocino with your hands and put it in. Jjakkoong put in soju instead of cooking wine
STEP 3/10
What does it taste like... Lol. I just put it in with the seasoning at home
STEP 4/10
The seasoning penetrated in between, and the cuts were made back and forth so that the inside was well cooked
STEP 5/10
Spread it back and forth with olive oil. When it's grilled, it traps the juice. Put the seasoning before and after between the cuts in front and back
STEP 6/10
I put it in the refrigerator for an hour. The sauce is soaked into the meat, right? The amount of seasoning has decreased, right?
STEP 7/10
I was supposed to put it in when I seasoned it, but I forgot... I put in basil and peperocino, which I haven't used often, and I forgot the pepper
STEP 8/10
I cut half of the and put it in the air fryer and baked it at 170 degrees for 30 minutes
STEP 9/10
I grilled it again on the back flip side, but I was greedy to go or reduce it as it was in the beginning. At 180 degrees for 30 minutes... ^^;; at 170 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 10/10
It's moist and juicy inside. It was a crispy outside and moist inside air fryer and grilled pork forelegs
