I bought No Brand black bean paste and stir-fried it first I put all the vegetables in my house and frozen seafood in it's I prepared very spicy jajangmyeon. It is a spicy tray jajangmyeon with red pepper powder, red pepper seeds, and smoked paprika powder.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Prepare the black bean paste. The instructions say that you can add oil and stir-fry it. You don't have to filter oil through the strainer. That's how much less oil goes in

Add oil to the chunjang and stir-fry it gently over medium heat. You can stir-fry it on high heat in a short time. Otherwise, the black soybean paste could burn. So I safely stir-fry it on medium heat. Then, the black bean paste for jajangmyeon is completed. You can leave it in the refrigerator and use it!!!

Now that I've stir-fried black bean paste, I'm going to make black bean sauce. Add chili oil to the pan and mash the rat poop peppers so that the seeds come out. Add minced garlic, chopped ginger, and green onions and stir-fry them.

First, stir-fry the pork. You can also use the beef. Or you can add pork for stew or curry. Add soy sauce and rice wine to the outside of the pan and stir-fry them together. Soy sauce is the taste of fire, and Cheongju serves to control the smell of meat.

Ingredients include zucchini, cabbage, and onions, but I thought the ingredients were too poor, so I added some sausages. When the meat is grayish, add these ingredients and stir-fry them together.

It's a cutting surface. Of course, it doesn't need a back surface at all. I like ramen noodles, too. Or spaghetti is very good. It's easy to stir-fry ^^

Put the noodles in the boiling water and boil it with salt. And when it's cooked, take it out and rinse it in cold water. Then drain it.
