STEP 1/10
Prepare the ingredients first.
Place butter at room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour beforehand and prepare soft ^^
STEP 2/10
[Making egg garnish]
Break 2 eggs into a bowl, mix the whites and yolks well with a whisk, and strain them through a sieve to remove the string.
Then add 1 pinch of salt and mix well with a whisk.
STEP 3/10
Put a little cooking oil in a pan that is preheated over low heat and wipe it off lightly with a kitchen towel.
Add egg mixture and fry egg garnish thinly.
You can make 2 slices of egg garnish in the size of bread. :)
*It is convenient to use a spatula and chopsticks when turning the eggplant.
STEP 4/10
[Making condensed milk butter]
Place the softened butter (3 tablespoons) and condensed milk (2 tablespoons) in a bowl and mix well to make condensed milk butter.
STEP 5/10
Prepare sliced ham by lightly grilling it once :)
STEP 6/10
Spread two slices of bread and spread mayonnaise (1 tablespoon each) on one side of each bread.
Put the egg garnish on top.
STEP 7/10
Place another slice of bread on top of egg garnish and spread condensed milk butter on top. (Apply condensed milk butter on top of both sheets only)
Place cheddar cheese and grilled sliced ham on top and layer.
STEP 8/10
Using a bread knife, cut the edges of the bread.
And then cut it in half!
* If you prepare a Hongruisen sandwich for your outing lunch box,
(After cutting the edge of the bread) Wrap it with wax paper and divide it into two, so you can eat it more comfortably, right? ^^
STEP 9/10
Maybe it's because of the variety of ingredients other than sliced ham, the cross-section is not particularly pretty, but the Hongruisen sandwich tastes pretty good than I thought
STEP 10/10
It's good as a simple breakfast menu because it's full even if you eat a piece of it, and it's a thumbs up bb for children's snacks
Hong Luizen Sandwich! Don't buy it anymore and make it at home :)
