Making seafood curry nabe with Jongwon Baek's dry curry - origin
I made a dry curry in Jongwon Baek that will serve a reliable weekday meal for a double-income couple! Our alcohol-loving couple first made seafood curry nabe, a side dish, using dry curry! Please refer to @6905670, for how to make dry curry.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Defrost frozen seafood in cold water.
STEP 2/8
Chop green onions into appropriate thicknesses.
STEP 3/8
Put 3 cups (540ml) of water in a pot.
STEP 4/8
Add thawed octopus, shrimp, abalone, and chopped green onions and boil them until the seafood is fully cooked.
STEP 5/8
When it boils to a certain extent, add Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 6/8
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
STEP 7/8
If the seafood is cooked, add dry curry and mix well.
