- Cut the squid into small pieces and cut it into one finger
- Slice shrimp in half
- Chop all the rest of the ingredients

- In a pan, stir-fry chili oil, minced garlic, minced green onion over medium heat (add a little ginger powder if any)

- When the ingredients are golden brown, add soy sauce over high heat and mix it several times

- Stir-fry carrots, mushrooms, and onions

- When onions become transparent, stir-fry squid, shrimp, and cooking wine

- When the color of the seafood surface changes, put it to one side and beat the egg on the empty side to make scrambled eggs

- When scrambled eggs are made, mix them all together

- Next, stir-fry crab meat, green bell pepper, rice, and oyster sauce

- When all the ingredients are mixed, taste it and add oyster sauce or salt if it's not enough

- When preparing the ingredients, slice the big shrimp in half, but when using cocktail shrimp, don't increase the amount and just use it.
