I put the traditional Korean traditional pancake in the air frye
I put sanjeok that I eat during the holidays in an air fryer. I wondered what would happen if it was fried in an air fryer, but the chewy taste was so delicious.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • ginger liquor

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put a little bit of marinated pork belly with soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger wine, and pepper so that it is cut in the liver.
STEP 2/8
Cut zucchini into half a centimeter thick slices to fit the length of the meat.
STEP 3/8
Please cut the fish cake according to the length of the pumpkin.
I prepared a long round fish cake for sanjeok.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
STEP 5/8
Place mushrooms, pumpkins, meat, and fish cake in the skewer.
I wore a lot of them because they were long, but I like about four.

Cover the skewer with flour and cover with a solo egg and saute in an air fryer.
It's grilled rather than an earthquake.

Turn it over at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and bake it for 10 minutes. (It depends on the air fryer, so please refer to it.)

It's done when it's golden brown.
There's no oil at all, but sanjeok is made like this.

It didn't work like I did on a frying pan, so I hesitated whether to put it up or not, and I tried one, but why is this? It was really good. It was better to fry it in a frying pan, but it was much better to grill it in an air fryer. The meat was good, but especially the vegetables were really good. Make sure to make it this holiday.
