STEP 1/11
I'll make seasoned red-pepper sauce first. Chop the green onions, and chop the green onions that will be used for multi-purpose.
STEP 2/11
Stir-fry 2T of cooking oil, 1T of green onion, and 1T of garlic in a pot for pork belly ramen over medium heat.
STEP 3/11
As shown in the picture, garlic and green onions start to boil and when they smell, turn down the heat or turn off the heat at all.
STEP 4/11
Add the thick red pepper powder to this and mix evenly until all the oil is cut.
STEP 5/11
Turn the heat back on low and stir-fry gently, and you're done with red pepper oil.
STEP 6/11
For seasoned red-pepper sauce, make oil, green onion, garlic, and red pepper powder in a ratio of 2:1:1:3 and use it in the refrigerator for 6 months.
I made a lot of it at once because it's often used for ramen, jjamppong, and red pepper paste stew, but according to the amount above, it's based on 1 bag of ramen. Please refer to it. lol
STEP 7/11
Now, grill the pork belly and use it when there's anything left, and cut it into bite-sized pieces when you use raw pork belly.
STEP 8/11
If you made a seasoned red-pepper sauce for one person, put ramen water in the pot and add bean sprouts, pork belly, and soup.
STEP 9/11
When you think the pork belly and bean sprouts are fully cooked, put in the noodles
Personal preference is important, but I think the firmness is good when it's cooked for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
STEP 10/11
Lastly, if you put the green onion, it's done. If you have enoki mushrooms, you can put them on top, but the eggs are the opposite. The coolness of the soup disappears. lol
STEP 11/11
Put it all on the plate, put a few pieces of meat separately, and put it on top!! For your information, if you cook ramen while grilling meat, it's also good to cook ramen as much as you want and eat meat on top. However, the taste is deeper when boiled together in the soup.^^
I like bean sprouts instead of bean sprouts. It's not salty even if you put in a lot, but if you put in too much, the soup becomes dry. If you want a spicy taste like fire, add some fresh peppers~~
