How to make cockle bibimbap in a cart bar at Umji's restaurant i
I had a day trip to Gangneung in April 2017, and I got a lot of help from my younger brother who is from Gangneung.

I like cockle, so my mother often made it for me as a side dish, but the visuals of cockle bibimbap at the restaurant table were different.
And the restaurant that took me to was Umji's cart bar, saying, "This is delicious, where people wait in line to eat."
Everyone who knows said they know, but I didn't know Umji's cart bar was a famous restaurant because I did a rough survey.
It was a visual cockle bibimbap that showed why it was a famous restaurant at a glance.
During my trip to Gangneung, I made and ate the most delicious cockle Bibimbap at home for the cockle season.
While eating it at that time, I felt like I could make it at home, so I thought for a while, "Someday I make it too," but I finally made it and ate it today, more than a year later.
I tried to make it as similar as Umji's Kkomak Bibimbap, and since I made it, I think you can make it more delicious and pretty.
