Soak the tail of a cow in water for an hour and a half to drain the blood.

Put coffee powder, soybean paste, and cow tail in boiling water and boil over medium heat for 15 minutes

Wash it several times in cold water and drain it

If you remove the fat, you're done with the tail

Cut radish and carrot into big pieces, 4cm green onion, 3cm red pepper, and peel chestnuts

Grind the peeled pear and onion on a grater,

Put it in a cotton cloth and squeeze it to make the soup. (It comes out about 450ml.)

Put 600ml of water + 450ml of cultured green onion juice, cow tail, jujube, ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, and plum extract in a pot and boil over high heat. And when it boils up, you can reduce it to medium heat and boil it down for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add radish, carrot, raw chestnut, shiitake mushrooms, cheongyang red pepper, red pepper, and ginkgo and boil for another 20 minutes.
STEP 10/11
Add green onion 2 minutes before it's done.
STEP 11/11
Sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil on top of the steamed beef tail.
