Mushroom jeon that picky eaters like
I made jeon using pine mushrooms for lunchbox and side dishes. It's not necessarily a pine mushroom, but try making it into a different one. Children who don't eat mushrooms also eat them well.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare pine mushrooms, carrots, onions, and ham by chopping them.
STEP 2/5
Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl and add 3 eggs, 2 pinch of salt, and 2 spoonfuls of frying powder.
STEP 3/5
Mix evenly to match the spices.
I only used the seasoning to make it to a minimum.
If it's hard to fry, please add 2 eggs and 1 spoonful of pancake mix.
STEP 4/5
Place one spoonful at a time in a greased pan.
It's crushed if you keep turning it upside down because I put in the least amount of seasoning.
If you turn it upside down after one side is golden, it won't break.
STEP 5/5
You just have to turn the seeds over and bake them until they're golden brown.
