Delicious snow crab paste fried rice ^^
Snow crabs are in season these days, right? I ate delicious crab meat and made fried rice with snow crab sauce I fried it until it's golden brown, but I can't really tell from the picture^^;;

Ingredients
  • a snow crab
    1cup
  • leek
    1piece
  • onion
    1/3ea
  • Carrot
    1/4ea
  • seaweed flakes

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop the green onions, onions, and carrots and fry the green onions in a preheated pan to give them green onion oil.
STEP 2/6
When the scallions taste good, stir-fry carrots and onions.
STEP 3/6
Add marinated crab and stir-fry as if cooking.
STEP 4/6
Add rice and stir-fry evenly, and even though it is not in the picture, add seaweed powder and mix.

Spread thinly on the pan and blow away moisture until golden brown.

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds, and it's done

You have to dry it and stir-fry it until it's golden brown^^ 4. If you put it in the crab shell, it'll be more delicious, but I only kept the crab shell separately, so I put it in the bowl^^
