Making Fried Tofu Pouch
I made a fried tofu bag because the groom wanted to eat it.. It was hard, but it was good because you ate it well

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/19
Prepare the frozen fat.

You can blanch it in boiling water, but I boiled water in a coffee pot and poured it into fried tofu to remove the grease
Then place on a tray to remove the water.

Boil the glass noodles in boiling water for about 10 minutes and chop them finely.

Squeeze a piece of tofu in a cotton cloth.

Blanch about 10 cabbages and chop them into small pieces.

Blanch a handful of chives in boiling water.

Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in a frying pan, then add a pack of pork and stir-fry it well so that it does not clump together.

I have to tie the top part, so I'll leave it.

Now, tie the top part with chives and then push the ends inwards with a toothpick.

Put the fried tofu bag in the zipper bag and put it in the freezer before you eat it
It takes a long time, but if you make it, it's very delicious if you put it in dumpling hot pot or fish cake soup
