Spinach Tofu Soybean Paste Soup
There's a lot of spinach as a gift. I made soybean paste soup because it was not fun to make spinach every time, and it was so delicious that it was like modern times.

  • Spinach
    500g
  • leek

  • Tofu
    1ea
  • Red pepper
    1ea
  • Anchovy pack again
    1ea
  • Soybean paste

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Pour water into the pot and boil the pack again.
STEP 2/7
Slice the green onion diagonally, remove the seeds from the red pepper, and slice it diagonally.
Cut tofu into cubes.

When the broth comes out, filter it on the sieve and dissolve the soybean paste.

When it starts to boil, remove the bottom, put the cleaned spinach, open the lid, and boil over high heat.

When the spinach color changes and boils again, add tofu and boil over medium heat.

Add chili pepper and green onion at the end and boil one more spoonful
Season with salt to suit your taste.
