The rest of the bossam is seasoned because it's made with soybean paste, so it's good to adjust the soy sauce well ^^

You can just boil the rest of the bossam in the sauce, but I heated it up in the steamer ^^

Bring the sauce to a boil in a pan.

Add the meat and cook together.

Add chopped green onions and cook together.
Cook the meat, turning it over, so that the sauce cuts well.

Place rice in a bowl and place meat one by one.
On top of that, I garnish with sprout vegetables.
It's good to put sliced onions, perilla leaves, and soft-boiled eggs on top.
It's bossam stored in the refrigerator, so I defrosted it in a steamer.
If you use a microwave to defrost it, it smells

When you garnish with eggs,
Please make it half-cooked and put it on top.
It's the best if you mix half-cooked and char siu rice!
