Chashu over rice:) A simple bowl of boiled pork and boiled pork

Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
    200g
  • salad vegetables

  • Soy sauce
    4T
  • Water

  • cooking wine

  • Sugar
    1T
  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Please make the sauce for the char siu rice first.
Soy sauce 4T water 3T cooking wine 2T sugar 1T oligosaccharide 1T ginger 1t or shredded little by little,
The rest of the bossam is seasoned because it's made with soybean paste, so it's good to adjust the soy sauce well ^^
STEP 2/6
You can just boil the rest of the bossam in the sauce, but I heated it up in the steamer ^^

Bring the sauce to a boil in a pan.
STEP 4/6
Add the meat and cook together.
STEP 5/6
Add chopped green onions and cook together.
Cook the meat, turning it over, so that the sauce cuts well.
STEP 6/6
Place rice in a bowl and place meat one by one.
On top of that, I garnish with sprout vegetables.
It's good to put sliced onions, perilla leaves, and soft-boiled eggs on top.
It's bossam stored in the refrigerator, so I defrosted it in a steamer. If you use a microwave to defrost it, it smells Please defrost it with a steamer^^ When you garnish with eggs, Please make it half-cooked and put it on top. It's the best if you mix half-cooked and char siu rice!
