Beef chives dumplings
There's a lot of ground beef left, so what should I make?? I thought about it and chose my favorite dumpling.. Beef chives dumplings ^^

  • thick soy sauce

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Chop the onions finely. Add minced beef, minced onions, minced garlic, pepper, oyster sauce, ginger powder, cooking wine, soy sauce and sugar in a pan and continue to stir-fry over high heat.
STEP 2/10
The water is coming out of the onion, so keep stir-frying it. Then the moisture will go away and get tight. Until then, please continue to heal.

Chop the cabbage, green onion, and chives.Put fried beef, chopped cabbage, chives, and green onions in a large bowl. Add all the rest of the seasoning.

Mix well with a spatula.
STEP 5/10
Coat the edges of the dumpling skin with a little water, put a spoonful of dumpling filling, and make dumplings with one fold.
Make it repeatedly like this. It's hard to fold dumplings if you put too much filling, so think about it.

After folding dumplings, there are about 30 dumplings.
STEP 7/10
Place the steamer in a large pot and add the dumplings. Steam it up for 3 minutes. It doesn't take that long as you wear dumpling skin.

Ta-da! Delicious dumplings are steamed.
STEP 9/10
Grease the pan slightly and preheat the dumplings over medium heat. When preheated, place dumplings on top and cover. Garnish for about 3 minutes and add flour paste (10T water, 1t flour). Close the lid and cook it more. When the dumplings are cooked, open the lid and boil down the glue.
Lastly, prepare a large plate and place it on top of the dumplings and turn it over with the pan.

This is the last one that's been made.
I made dumplings only with what the kids like.
