How to cook oyster soup deliciously, a winter health food
Oyster cuisine, a representative sea health food that Casanova also enjoyed. Perhaps because it's winter, I think I'm more interested in warm soup dishes these days than other recipes. Unlike Korea, which is surrounded by the sea on three sides, it is not easy to taste fresh oysters in Toronto, Canada. I'm glad that Oyster bars are booming and more restaurants are specializing in fresh oysters, but there aren't as many choices as in Korea. If you go to a Korean mart or a Chinese mart, they sell hot oysters imported directly from Korea. They defrost it slowly in the refrigerator and eat it as raw oysters, but I tried making warm oyster soup. I would like to try oyster dishes that I want to eat more in this winter, and energy recovery recipes that will help you recover your energy in winter, and how to cook oyster soup deliciously today.

STEP 2/11
1] I like oyster soup with lots of vegetables. You need plenty of ingredients to enjoy it abundantly. Slice the radish to a thickness of 0.7cm to add sweetness, and cut the zucchini pumpkin in half lengthwise and slice diagonally to the same thickness as the radish. I'll chop up the fragrant chives that will be served with garnish.
STEP 3/11
Chives that make you feel sad when you're in trouble. It's more fragrant and cool with plenty of chives. Cut it into 4-5cm intervals and slice the peppers to 0.3cm thick. Remove about 0.5cm of the bottom of the mandarins and remove the attached parts lightly. You can replace it with oyster mushroom or enoki mushroom.
STEP 4/11
I'll make the broth first. Add 8 anchovies, 2 pieces of kelp, 4 green onion roots, and 500mL of water, and when it boils up, reduce the heat to medium and boil for 10 minutes to complete the broth. Please take out the ingredients for the broth neatly.
STEP 5/11
Now add radish and pumpkin and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/11
I bought a frozen oyster, and there was about 400g in one pack. If you put in about 200g for one person, you can eat quite a lot. Add oysters and bring to a boil one more time.
STEP 7/11
When it boils up, add all the chives, peppers, and mushrooms.
STEP 8/11
Now, I'll add 1T salted shrimp, 1/3t of pepper, and 1t of minced garlic and season it. If you add a tablespoon of salted shrimp, the seasoning is pretty good, but if you feel it's not enough, add more salt.
STEP 9/11
Put the rice in an earthen pot, add enough broth to cover the rice, then pour it out again, and let the rice soak in the deep taste of the broth in this way about twice. It's described as 'tough'. Next, if you add plenty of broth, oysters, and vegetables, you're done making delicious oyster soup with oyster rice soup. I'd like to recommend a more attractive oyster recipe in winter.
STEP 10/11
It's because there are a lot of vegetable ingredients to prepare, but I'd like to tell you that the recipe is never difficult. It is also a recipe that anyone can succeed deliciously thanks to oysters that give a cool taste without seasoning. It'd be great if you catch your taste buds and replenish your energy with cool oyster soup, right?
STEP 11/11
Today, I'm here with you with a recipe for making oyster soup that reminds me of winter more and has a warm and deep taste. I hope you can enjoy the taste of the restaurant at home. Enjoy your day! :)
1) Add plenty of chives to add a pungent flavor. 2) Fill in the deeper flavor with salted shrimp.
