STEP 1/11
Place glutinous rice flour, gravity flour, and baking powder in a sieve in a bowl. Then add sugar and salt.
STEP 2/11
Mix evenly with a whisk.
STEP 3/11
Add the boiled water little by little and knead it (the glutinous rice is not sticky, so add the boiled water and knead it).
STEP 4/11
First mix it with a spatula and when it starts to clump up, adjust the water by kneading it with your hands with gloves + plastic gloves (stop adding water when the dough becomes soft).
STEP 5/11
Remove 40g of the finished dough and make it round. (The dough dries easily, so cover it with a wrap.).
STEP 6/11
Make 30g of red bean paste round.
STEP 7/11
Spread the dough flatly with a rolling pin or palm and add red bean paste
STEP 8/11
Cover it thoroughly.
STEP 9/11
Cover with plastic wrap to prevent dough from drying while frying.
STEP 10/11
Fry in oil heated to 160-170 for about 7 minutes (Roll and fry until the color is evenly visible).
*If the wood chopsticks get bubbly when you put them in the hot oil, add the dough. (Fry slowly between low and medium heat, not high heat).
STEP 11/11
Place well-fried glutinous rice doughnuts in a cooling net or kitchen towel and drain.
Fried glutinous rice doughnuts are clean, so you can reuse them again, so it's good to make fried vegetables!
