- After removing the potato peel, cut it into half-moon shapes (half-cut) and to a thickness of 0.2 to 0.3 cm (Cut large potatoes into 4 pieces)
- Mix the eggs well
- Chop green onions

- Stir-fry perilla oil and potatoes in a pan over medium heat until potatoes are transparent (about 2 minutes)
Tip. If the fire is strong, perilla oil may burn and cause a bitter taste, so control the heat.

- Pour water and when it boils, minced garlic

- Add soy sauce, cover and simmer until potatoes are cooked

- Add eggs and mix it once or twice
Tip. When you taste it, add half a tablespoon of fish sauce.

- Add sliced spring onion and finish

Potato egg soup (potato egg soup) flavored with salted shrimp without broth is complete!
- I left a little bit of salted shrimp. If you think it's not enough, you can add it then.
