STEP 1/8
Chop paprika, green onion, and cheongyang pepper.
It's spicy because I put in two cheongyang peppers. It's spicycrying
One is enough. And I think it'll be good without hot pepper.

Cut cabbage into quarters and rinse under running water.
Don't cut the roots. If it gets messy when you steam it, it doesn't look good.
After it's all steamed, cut it when you put it in a bowl.

Pour water into the steamer, put cabbage on top of the stove, and steam it for 10 minutes.
It's not 10 minutes after the water boils. It's 10 minutes after putting cold water on top.
Adjust the steaming time according to your personal preference.
The recipe says 8 minutes. If you like ripe cabbages, cook them more, and if you like slightly steamed cabbages, you can cook them less.
I like cabbages that are slightly crunchy.

Prepare the seasoning while the cabbage is steaming.
Add 3T of soy sauce, 1.5T of oyster sauce, 1T of sugar, 6T of vinegar, 0.5T of salt, pepper, and half a cup of water and mix.

Add the prepared vegetables and mix.

In the meantime, cabbage is done!
It was delicious even if you steam the cabbage like this.^^
STEP 7/8
Place the cabbage in a bowl and cut off the roots. Then you can put it up nicely without getting messy.
And if you pour all the seasoning, it's done!!! It's delicious if you soak it in moisture.
I didn't pour all the sauce but just a little bit because I was taking pictures.

It's enough to eat as a side dish, and it's enough to eat as a side dish.
The sweet taste of cabbage makes me want to eat it.
