STEP 1/9
First, boil the whole wheat noodles that take the longest. For your information, you have to boil the whole wheat noodles twice as long as regular noodles.
I boiled it for about 15 to 16 minutes. Boil it and try it. If you can't chew the hard teeth, it's cooked!
STEP 2/9
Chop the garlic and chop the sausages and onions into bite-size pieces.
Sausage tastes strong even if you eat a little bit, so I cut it into thin slices.
STEP 3/9
About 15 minutes later, the pusili is done!
Throw away the water and set aside.
It's good to put about half a cup of noodles separately. You can't throw it all away!
STEP 4/9
Put a spoonful of coconut oil into the frying pan and melt it
Stir-fry garlic, onions, and sausages in order. For your information, I think coconut oil has a higher temperature than regular oil.. I got burnt big because it splashed once before ())So stir-fry it well over medium-low heat so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 5/9
Add pusili and stir-fry it again.
STEP 6/9
Season with salt and pepper.
Each ketchup is seasoned differently, so add a little bit and adjust it as you taste it!I put in a pinch of salt and pepper twice.
STEP 7/9
Add ketchup, the main character of Napolitan spaghetti.I put in 4 spoons and it was just right. If you add more, add more and taste it!
(The ketchup calories are 11 kilocalories per 10 grams. I put in 4 spoons, so it's about 45kcal!)
STEP 8/9
Now, I'm going to stir-fry it.
If you add ketchup, it feels dry, so adjust the concentration little by little by little by little by little.
STEP 9/9
If you stir-fry it in moderation
It's done!!
If it looks empty, parsley!
It would look more delicious colorfully with green bell peppers, but it's only red because it's not there. Unfortunately, I'm going to pour parsley
Normally, when I make Neapolitan pasta, I always put Parmesan cheese powder on it, but today it's diet food.. My conscience hurts a little less.. I didn't put it in.
