STEP 1/8
After trimming the carrots, shred them and stir-fry them with a pinch of salt.
STEP 2/8
Cut the crab meat into 2~3 pieces and cut it horizontally.
Cut the kimbap ham horizontally and stir-fry it in the pan.
STEP 3/8
Beat in eggs, add a pinch of salt, and fry the egg.
Chop the eggs and cut all the ingredients into half the length of gimbap laver.
STEP 4/8
Drain the tuna and mix with mayonnaise.
STEP 5/8
Cut the seaweed lengthwise and in half.
STEP 6/8
Add a moderate amount of sesame oil to the rice and mix.
Place rice on seaweed to 2/3 and tuna salad on top of perilla leaves.
STEP 7/8
Use ham, carrot, crab meat, eggs, pickled radish, and other ingredients at home.
STEP 8/8
Roll it as it is and roll the gimbap.
If the seaweed doesn't stick at the end, it sticks easily if you add a bit of rice paste at the end.
Two rows of gimbap are the same as one row of regular gimbap because they were cut and used.
The amount looks more plentiful and it's good because you can roll it easily!
