STEP 1/11
- Please coat the mold first.
(Coat the mold thinly with butter, coat it with strong flour, then shake off the excess powder and store the mold cold in the freezer. *If you don't have a mold, you can bake it in a muffin mold or in a different mold^^)
STEP 2/11
- Prepare all materials at room temperature.
(When using cold ingredients, it doesn't separate or mix well when mixing ingredients.)
STEP 3/11
- Prepare the bananas by mashing them.
(Please work with a fully cooked banana.)
STEP 4/11
- Beat cream cheese and butter at room temperature, add sugar and salt, and whisk.
(You can put vanilla essence in here or you can put it in an egg.)
STEP 5/11
- Work on butter and sugar until creamy.
STEP 6/11
- Add a small amount of eggs and work with a whisk.
(If you put it in one at a time, it may separate.)
STEP 7/11
- Sift the powder into the mixed dough.
STEP 8/11
- Mix the powder with a silicone spatula, and when you see a little bit of raw powder, add the crushed banana and finish the dough.
STEP 9/11
- Put the dough in a plastic piping bag and put it in a mold about 80%.
(Please squeeze 80% of the muffin frame, too.)
STEP 10/11
- Please refer to the dough^^~
STEP 11/11
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 16 minutes.
(Think about the muffin frame for 18-20 minutes.).
- If you poke it with a toothpick and the dough doesn't come out, it's done.
- If you eat the confectionery that contains baking powder after half a day or a day rather than eating it right away, it mixes with various ingredients to improve the flavor and double the taste^^.
