STEP 1/5
Add soy sauce, sugar, crushed garlic, sesame oil, and water
Mix until sugar dissolves.
(You know that you control the sweetness according to your preference, right?)
STEP 2/5
In a pressure cooker, mix the soaked glass noodles, hard vegetables (onions, carrots, mushrooms, etc.) and the prepared seasoning about 2/3 times.
If you cook the glass noodles underneath without mixing the ingredients in a normal pressure cooker, it can be easily pressed.
STEP 3/5
Cover the pressure cooker and heat over medium heat for 5-8 minutes.
STEP 4/5
After letting it steam for 10-15 minutes, open the lid, add chives and remaining seasoning, taste it, and mix it, and you're done making ultra-simple low-yield japchae!
STEP 5/5
Put the finished japchae on a plate and decorate it with sesame seeds.
You can add fish cake or other vegetables to your taste.
