Cheap but deliciousStir-fried chicken sand house *^^*
I've told you this before, right? I like all kinds of chicken dishes. Since I was young, I ate a lot of chicken meat dishes called Dungjip..I also ate a lot of chicken feet dishes. My family is a big family.. I think my parents did it a lot because it was cheap and nutritious. If you go to the mart, a pack of clean chicken meat is about 3,400 won. (Other ingredients are relatively too expensive these days.) It's really cheap, right? If you buy a pack, you'll get a nice dish of stir-fried poop house The chewy texture is good, too.. It has a lot of protein, no fat, and a lot of vitamin B and iron, so it's very nutritious It's like cooking. Shall we?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
1. Clean the chicken gizzard while it is refrigerated. (In the case of freezing, use it after thawing it naturally in advance.)
To remove the distinctive smell, spray about half a handful of thick salt and rub it tightly.
Then, spray a handful of flour and wash it off. Wash and drain thoroughly.
2. Put 1/3 cup of soju in boiling water, blanch it slightly for about 20 seconds, and wash it in cold water right away.
Cut it into 4 pieces and put it in a bowl
1T of minced garlic. 1/2 green onion minced. Sesame oil 2T. Pepper powder. 1/3T of salt. 1T of oyster sauce. Add 1T of cooking wine and 1T of sesame seeds and marinate them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
STEP 2/3
Put the marinated pot in a pan for more than 3.30 minutes and stir-fry it over high heat for about 2 minutes
STEP 3/3
4. When the water disappears to a certain extent, cut 1/2 onions. Add 5 sliced cheongyang peppers and stir-fry them until they are cooked, and you're done.
==> Keep the heat high from start to finish.
==> Add seasoning to taste when stir-frying. I put in plenty of pepper powder
=> My measurement is 1T for a spoonful of rice..One cup of paper cup is one cup. => Salt near the chicken. It's delicious just by seasoning with pepper powder..I added a little oyster sauce today. Source: http://hls3790.tistory.com/1033?category=204690 [Kim Jin-ok's dish is good]

Marinating it in oyster sauce and seasoning and frying it played a role in making it taste good.It was expensive when I bought it outside and the portion was small, so it wasn't enough all the time, but now I'll have to cook it often at home.Thank you for the recipe.
