Stir-fried garlic stems with fried pork cutlet

Ingredients
  • a garlic stem
    100g
  • Frank sausage
    10ea
  • Salt
    1/2TS
  • Water
    1cup
  • Cooking oil

  • Water

  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • cooking wine
    2TS
  • Soy sauce
    1ts
  • Sesame oil
    1TS
  • sesame salt
    1/2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the garlic stems into sausage-length pieces.Dissolve 1/2 tbsp of salt in 1 cup water and let stand for about 20 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Cut the sausage into quarters.
STEP 3/8
Sieve and drain the fat by pouring 2 cups of boiling water.
STEP 4/8
Put cooking oil in the pan and stir-fry minced garlic
STEP 5/8
Add the garlic stems, stir-fry 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
STEP 6/8
Add sausage and stir-fry.
STEP 7/8
Add sesame oil and sesame salt and mix them
STEP 8/8
Put it in a bowl.
