Cooking Steps

Cut the garlic stems into sausage-length pieces.Dissolve 1/2 tbsp of salt in 1 cup water and let stand for about 20 minutes.

Cut the sausage into quarters.

Sieve and drain the fat by pouring 2 cups of boiling water.

Put cooking oil in the pan and stir-fry minced garlic

Add the garlic stems, stir-fry 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
