STEP 1/6
Peel potatoes and soak in water for at least 5 minutes to remove starch.

Remove the water from the soaked potatoes with a kitchen towel and cut them into the desired size. The thicker the potato, the longer it takes to fry. I cut it a bit thick.
STEP 3/6
Put 3T of frying powder in a plastic bag and coat it with powder evenly. If you have parmesan powder at this time, add 1t and coat it with it.
*If you want a crispy texture, please use 2T of frying powder + 1T of starch powder instead of 3T of frying powder.
STEP 4/6
Fry in 180 degrees oil. I don't have a thermometer, so I put in bread crumbs and put it in when it comes up 3 seconds later.
STEP 5/6
Sieve the fried potatoes to remove the grease and sprinkle with a moderate amount of salt. If you want it crispy, fry it twice^^
STEP 6/6
I sprayed Parmesan cheese powder, too~~
In Japan, French fries are sometimes dipped in mayonnaise. Cupy mayonnaise would taste better, but it wasn't there, so I just dipped it in Korean mayonnaise and ketchup~~^^
