STEP 1/10
Ingredients prepared are Jin Ramen, Sichuan Jjapaghetti, red pepper paste, honey, red pepper powder, crab meat and fish cake, and cabbage!! I put in the cabbage because it was left. It would be better if there was cabbage~~
STEP 2/10
Put red pepper paste and red pepper powder in the natural seasoning stock and boil it.
STEP 3/10
The soups I will use are Jinramyeon Flake Soup, Sacheon Jjapaghetti Flake Soup, and Sacheon Jjajang Powder Soup. I didn't use Jin Ramen powder. There's no need to put it in because there's red pepper paste in it.
STEP 4/10
Add minced garlic and green onions.
STEP 5/10
When it boils up, add various flakes.
STEP 6/10
Then add the noodles and boil it. Actually, I should've put in Chapagetti first, but Jin Ramen's noodles aren't that thin either. And put in the prepared ingredients. Fish cake, crab meat, cabbage~ If you add fish cake, the soup will taste different.
STEP 7/10
Lastly, add Chapagetti powder. Since it's Sacheon Chapagetti, chili oil is enclosed, but I didn't put it in either. You need to add chili oil when you mix it without water.
STEP 8/10
Noodles go in and the soup gradually decreases, making it thick. Once the noodles are cooked, they're all done. Mix well and allow seasoning to permeate evenly. And add honey to make it sweet. Then the seasoning will wrap up better.
STEP 9/10
Whether it's boiling ramen or bibim ramen, you should always move it from a pot that has been boiled at room temperature to another bowl. The temperature of the pot itself can cause the noodles to swell. So I put it in the bowl. A lot
STEP 10/10
Lastly, put up the green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish. Sacheon Chapagetti and Jin Ramen meet!! Spicy and sweet jjajang ramen tteokbokki is done. It's a leftover gimbap!!
