  • Mayonnaise
    2T
  • Wasabi
    1t
  • Oyster sauce
    1t
  • Sesame
    little
  • black sesame
    little
  • crushed garlic
    1t
  • leek
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Combine 2T of mayonnaise, 1t of wasabi, 1t of oyster sauce, 1t of minced garlic (optional)
STEP 2/4
Boil the noodles in a ramen pot and take them out
STEP 3/4
Add only enough sauce to mix the ramen and mix the ramen. If there's more sauce than ramen, it can be a bit greasy
Add a bit of chopped green onion
STEP 4/4
For the texture and savory taste, stir-fried sesame seeds and black sesame seeds are added!
*If you feel something is lacking, add a little bit of sugar
*Stir-fried peanut powder instead of sesame seeds is also good
Recommended for those who want to try ramen with a sauce other than ramen powder! I liked the tangy taste of wasabi
