Sumi's Side Dish Kim Su-mi Tofu Braised: Onion You~ Yeah!!
I made it because it looked delicious while looking at Sumine's side dishes.It's a combination of boiled tofu and sweet stir-fried onions.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut tofu in half, cut it into 6 pieces, drain it, and bake
STEP 2/5
3 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce. half a tablespoon of minced garlic. 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder.Make 2 tablespoons of water sauce

Stir-fry the onions transparently.
STEP 4/5
When the tofu is golden brown, put the sauce on top and cook it.
STEP 5/5
Serve with sauteed onions.
Tofu is grilled over low heat..If you grill it on high heat, the tofu is hard.
