Making Wasabi Soy Sauce at Japanese Restaurant
The soft wasabi sold by tube is expensive and has a short expiration date, so I bought powdered wasabi. After making it as written on the bag and ripening it for 10 minutes, it's like eating it at a restaurant :)

Cooking Steps
