Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.

Shred onion and roasted paprika.

Grease a pan with oil and stir-fry pork, season with salt and pepper, and remove.

Stir-fry shredded onions in a pan, then stir-fry bay leaf, shredded paprika, pepper and oregano.

Add tomato sauce, stir-fried pork, red pepper powder, and paprika powder and stir-fry.

Add red wine and boil.

Stir-fry parsley powder and season with salt,

Place in oven container and place egg on top.

Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20 minutes.
STEP 10/10
Sprinkle with parsley to complete.
