  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the beans twice in water and soak them in water for an hour.
Cut the dried peppers in half, remove the seeds, and cut them into small pieces.
STEP 2/4
Pour soaked beans and 3 cups of water into a pot and boil.
STEP 3/4
When it boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer over low heat with soy sauce, grain syrup, sugar, refined rice wine, and dried peppers.
STEP 4/4
Turn off the heat when the soup boils in half and the soup becomes sticky.
