STEP 1/10
It'll taste better if you add a lot of cockles.
* I didn't use all the amount in the picture for cockle bibimbap
STEP 2/10
Put thick salt in cockles and scrub hard.
The cockle shell is so hard that it won't break
Don't worry and wipe it clean.
STEP 3/10
Pour enough water to cover cockles
When the water boils up, pour in a cup of cold water.
And add cockles, please.
STEP 4/10
Cook cockles while stirring in one direction.
When cockles start to open, they're all cooked.
* Add some cockle broth.
STEP 5/10
Cool the boiled cockles on a sieve
Separate the shell from the kernel.
STEP 6/10
Chop 1/3 onion and 1/2 handful of chives
Chop up the cheongyang peppers.
* I like chives, so I prepared a little more than measuring.
If you can't eat spicy food well, please skip or reduce Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 7/10
Seasoning ingredients are red pepper powder 4, sugar 2, cockle broth 4, anchovy extract 2, minced garlic 2,
Add chopped green onion 3, sesame oil 3, and sesame 1 together and mix evenly.
STEP 8/10
Put 2 bowls of warm rice in a big bowl
Add 1/2 of the sauce and 1/2 of the chives, onions, and cheongyang peppers
Add 1 sesame oil and mix well with rice and sauce.
STEP 9/10
Put the sauce, onion, chives, and hot pepper left in the cockle
Add and mix thoroughly.
STEP 10/10
Put the mixed rice on a plate
If you put the seasoned cockles on top
Cockle bibimbap is done ^^
