Healthy and delicious strawberry apple "ma" smoothie
I keep making new smoothies. I think it's the most delicious thing I've ever made! It's a lot softer and more comfortable inside.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The first thing to do is wash apples and strawberries!
Since I also put the apple peel in it, I put the apple and strawberry in vinegar + baking soda water for about 30 minutes. (It's not organic...)
PS: If the beet or lettuce leaves are not organic, wash them in vinegar + baking soda water and leave them. I already washed something, so I cut it and used it right away.
STEP 2/8
Cut the yam while the apples and strawberries are being washed.
I did it to the extent that it was shown in the picture.
I put in a little more than I could put in one hand.
The more yam you put in, the softer the smoothie becomes.
STEP 3/8
Cut the kiwi in half and scoop it with a spoon and put it in a blender.
STEP 4/8
I'll also prepare beet leaves.
When you put it in the blender, tear it by hand and put it in.
STEP 5/8
Cut the washed apples and strawberries.
STEP 6/8
I prepared almond milk.
Add about 150ml.
I also put in two bananas!!

After changing it all, this color!
The color became light pink because I added yam. :)
STEP 8/8
Put it nicely in a cup.
It's really good for breakfast.
Always wash vegetables and fruits well :)
