STEP 1/7
Add 10g of agar powder to 300g of water and soak for 15 to 20 minutes :)
If you prepare the remaining ingredients, you can use your time efficiently :)
STEP 2/7
I will boil the water soaked in agar powder over low heat. :)
If you want colored red bean jelly, add 15g of the prepared color powder and boil it while mixing it well so that the powder does not clump together. :)
You can boil it until it starts to boil a little bit. :)
*If you're making colored red bean jelly, you have to prepare white bean paste, and if you're making red bean jelly, you have to prepare red bean paste. - Please refer to the original and read it.*
STEP 3/7
When it starts to boil slightly, add 50g of sugar and 30g of honey and boil over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar melts. :)
The sugar melts quickly and you can't see it, but boil it a little longer, stirring well to the bottom so that it melts well until the end. :)
STEP 4/7
When the sugar melts, turn off the heat! Add 500g of sediment at a time and stir to blend gently :)
If it doesn't mix well, soak the hard sediment in hot agar powder and mix it well. :)
You will be able to mix it more comfortably :)
(When making red bean jelly with colored powder, use white sediment for a pretty color.)
STEP 5/7
If the sediment is well done, put it back on low heat and boil it, stirring it to make it slightly thick. (It's okay if it's not thick enough, boil it a little more while stirring.)
Next, add the prepared nuts and bring to a boil while mixing well for about 2 minutes :)
It's good to stir until the bottom so that it doesn't stick. :)
STEP 6/7
Transfer the well-mixed dough to a mold and harden it for 2-3 hours at cool room temperature. :)
When you transfer it to the mold, the dough hardens quickly, so it's convenient to transfer it while stirring it over low heat. :)
The picture is red bean jelly with sweet pumpkin powder :)
STEP 7/7
I'm done! :)
If you wrap the hard red bean jelly nicely, it's done
