1. One onion. 1 piece of kelp (5cm x 5cm). 8 pieces of garlic. 1 piece of ginger. One white piece of green onion.
3 dried shiitake mushrooms (small size). Prepare 1T of lemon juice (or 1/4 lemon).
==> You can omit it when there is no ginger. The dried shiitake was very small. If it's large, just put in one.
You can skip lemon juice..You can wash the lemon well and add 1/4 instead of lemon juice.

STEP 3/3
3. Put 3 cups of soju in a glass bottle.
After sealing, let it ripen at room temperature for about a month.
==> Store in a cool place when aging at room temperature..
If it is aged for a month, it can be used for a long time if it is filtered once on a cotton cloth and stored in the refrigerator.
This cooking wine is not as sweet as the cooking wine sold in the market.
