Seasoned green garlic recipe, simple vegetables side dish
green garlic. The slightly pungent taste at the end makes you want to eat~ It's good to enjoy as a side dish of vegetables, seasoned with neat fish sauce and spicy red pepper powder!

  • green garlic
    200g
  • Red pepper
    1/3ea
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2T
  • fish sauce
    1/2T
  • Sesame oil
    1/2T

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut the green garlic in half. (If it's very small, just leave it as it is, okay.)
STEP 2/7
Cut it into 6-7cm pieces.
STEP 3/7
Wash it in cold water twice. (There's a lot of soil in between.)
STEP 4/7
Blanch the green garlic in boiling water (+1T salt) over high heat for 1 minute. (Until I'm out of breath~)
STEP 5/7
Wash it clean in cold water and squeeze it out with your hands.
STEP 6/7
Now add red pepper powder and fish sauce to green garlic and mix well. (Because we're all together because we're squeezing it out~) I recommend you shake it off.)
STEP 7/7
Add sliced red pepper, crushed sesame seeds, and sesame oil and mix them together
