Seaweed Stem Stir-Fried, Diet Side Dish Recommendation

  • salted seaweed

  • Carrot

  • Scallions

  • onion

  • Soy sauce

  • plum extract
    1/2T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Sesame
    1/2T
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • ground pepper
    little
  • brown rice oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the seaweed stems several times in water and then soak them in water for about 15 minutes
STEP 2/6
Squeeze it out with your hands and cut it into 2~3 pieces
STEP 3/6
Slice onions and carrots thinly, and chop chives sideways
STEP 4/6
Grease a preheated frying pan with brown rice oil, then stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
STEP 5/6
Add carrots, onions, soy sauce, plum syrup, and minced garlic and stir-fry them for another 7 to 8 minutes. (approximately until the seaweed stems are cooked)
STEP 6/6
Lastly, add chives, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and pepper and mix them together.
