Egg dishes are very delicious. But egg rolls and fried eggs are kind of boring.. So, I made dumplings using eggs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Place cheese (grada padano or pizza cheese) in a bowl and add sugar. If you add a lot of cheese, you can feel the savory taste of cheese

Put five eggs in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Dab the pepper, too

Boil the soaked glass noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes and put them in a bowl.

Chop the cheongyang peppers into small pieces. Mix the yolk and white well using chopsticks.

Place pan in medium bowl, preheat and cover with plenty of oil. Place the egg mixture on the pan so that it is small (about 7cm in diameter) with a ladle.

Kids like it better if you add more cheese. Adults want to chop more spicy cheongyang peppers. I think you can do half and half. If you put a lot of ketchup and mayonnaise on top, it's more delicious.
