Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
After steaming the snow crab, remove the legs and spread the flesh and intestines inside the crab shell.
STEP 2/6
Boil the udon noodles with a tablespoon of vinegar and rinse them in cold water
(If you add a tablespoon of vinegar when you boil udon noodles
It's much more chewy)
STEP 3/6
Grease a pan and stir-fry shredded onions, chopped fried kimchi, and minced garlic
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry udon noodles, peeled crab meat, and intestines
STEP 5/6
Add olive oil and sesame oil and stir-fry slightly. Season with salt
STEP 6/6
Place it in a scab and sprinkle seaweed powder and sesame seeds
