Making Toowoomba pasta
I made Toowoomba pasta, the popular menu of Outback. Objectively speaking, it's a bit different from what you eat at Outback, but it's cream pasta, but it's less greasy, so I really enjoyed it^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of mirin, and 2T of chives to 200ml of whipped cream + 200ml of whipped cream, mix well, and let them mature in the refrigerator. The ripening time doesn't matter if it's at least 30 minutes.
*You can use green onions instead of green onions, cooking wine, rice cakes, etc. instead of mirin!
STEP 2/11
Add 1T of pepper powder, 1T of mirin, and 1/2t of minced garlic to shrimp and mix well.
STEP 3/11
Cut 4 rows of bacon about 1cm apart.
STEP 4/11
Chop 4 slices of garlic.
STEP 5/11
Boil 200g of pasta noodles (based on 2 servings, about 7 minutes and 30 seconds)
STEP 6/11
While boiling the noodles, place 2T of olive oil in a deep frying pan and cook the garlic.
STEP 7/11
Add bacon when garlic flavor comes up and is moderately golden.
STEP 8/11
When the bacon is golden, add the seasoned shrimp.
STEP 9/11
Add the aged sauce and boil down.
STEP 10/11
The noodles would have been done while the sauce was being boiled down. Add the noodles to the boiled down sauce and mix thoroughly to coat the noodles.
STEP 11/11
I added 1 fresh pepper, Parmesan powder, and pepper.
I made it simple with only bacon and shrimp, but if you make it with various ingredients such as onions, mushrooms, and broccoli, it becomes a richer pasta.
