Peel the tangerine.

If you knead it with a rolling pin, it will get more chewy, so knead it with a rolling pin for about 2 minutes and cool it down.

Sprinkle with starch and let go of the rice cake batter.
(Starch is corn starch potato starch, but please use corn starch if possible~!!)

Divide the rice cake into 8 pieces.

Put the tangerine wrapped in red bean paste on top of the rice cake and wrap it around.

You can cut it in half or just eat it as a whole!
Even if it's not a tangerine, you can make it with other fruits such as strawberries and kiwis!!
If you don't have any sediment, you can skip it, but you need to add sediment to revive the taste of sticky rice cake~~!
