My chili powder is spicy, so I put in 15 teaspoon. If the chili powder is mild, you can put in 15T with a big spoon

Add chopped green onions little by little and mix with seasoning. The green onion dies quickly, so the volume gradually decreases. Beat in the chopped green onions a little at a time until you finish adding
