Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
Finely chop the green bell pepper as well.

Chop the shrimp just enough to chew.

Boil the soaked glass noodles in boiling water for about 7 minutes, rinse them in cold water, drain them, and cut them into small pieces.

I set the temperature to 180 degrees in the air fryer and cooked it upside down for 10 minutes.
Use a brush or brush to oil the outside of the dumpling. If you just do it, it'll burn.
If you don't have an air fryer, put a little oil in the frying pan and cook it with the lid closed.

Put the defoli and kelp in 1L of water and when it boils, take it out. Add rice cake soup and dumplings and boil it
Season with salt and fish sauce and add green onions at the end.
You can make the ingredients in dumplings with various ingredients even if they're meat.
If you don't have an air fryer, you can put oil in a frying pan, close the lid, and cook it to make it crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
